This machine arrived within expected timeframe. The shipper scheduled a timely delivery and the item arrived very well packaged. This machine is very nice and well made. I would suggest purchasing a tension tester in addition to this because 15 needles as well as the bobbin will need adjustments. Software is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with it. Lots of support within the Facebook group.

I’m pretty satisfied right now the little hiccups I’m having a easily solved with customer service was always willing to answer. They even have people who are here in America so you can actually chat with them during the day and FaceTime.

I have stitched out several designs, less than 20). Machine works great, still dealing with my learning curve. Training videos are okay. I wish they would remove the music. The one on one training was ok. I was expecting an organized, step by step what the machine can do and how to make it work for you. That is not what I received. Luckily I have a combo embroidery/sewing machine so I was familiar with the basics if I never embroidered before I would have been completely lost. She was good at answering my questions but I feel like I am still on my own as to how to use this machine. I do feel like if I run into a problem Chane will be there for me and can answer any question.
