[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat loves this thing! It's nice and sturdy and clips right onto most windows, it holds my 11 pound cat just fine and she is so comfy too! She loves to jump up and look out the window and cleanup is an breeze

I don't know if it is because of my window sills, or whether it's because the depth is too long, but it doesn't quite fit my window sills. I will have to place wood or something very hard between the legs of the stand and the wall, in order for it to stay steadyily attached and no let my kitty fall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quick setup, with the ability to move from window to window very easily. My cat may be close to the weight limit, but it works great still! Very stable, and built well with little to no noise when he jumps up on it. Easy to maintain and wash the fabric too. The only downfall is that it only works on some windows, and some must be open to use it .

It is not a universal fit since the support arms can't be adjusted. It didn't fit my window frame and was angled down at about 45 degrees. I used a rolled yoga mat to bulk it up from the wall and stabilize it with damaging the wall. My cat does seem to enjoy perching on it now.

This did not work for my window. I have what I would consider a normal window with framing and a small window sill. Wish there was an option to adjust the bottom legs that rest against the wall.

Received the item through Walmart delivery. Parts were there, but no hardware what so ever. A real disappointment for me and my fur baby. I'm disabled and will now have to find a way to return it, hopefully for an exchange with the proper pieces and hardware.b

If you use the predrilled holes the support has a good 6 inches from the wall. I don't trust it at all. The sticky strip has already came off the sill and it's only been 90 minutes. I used my own screws to attach to the sill. And looks like I'm going to home depot to get braces to support it. Because it's not safe at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assemble took a good minute. Not very secure since it holds onto the inside of the window. Very comfortable for a smaller cat but probably won't hold the weight of a bigger cat. Don't like that I have to open window to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this product but unfortunately we just couldn't. The holes for the screws were way too small and unlimited resulted in that piece breaking before set up. We unfortunately were unable to even use this because of the broken piece. For me this is a 1 star because it broke before it could even be used :( you should be able to take the screws out to wash the hammock part but it was almost impossible to get them in, much less get them out again.
