My daughter and I have both been sampling them and they are great! We only take 1/2 dose and they are very effective, calming and help me drift into sleep comfortably without grogginess. I love the flavor, it's nostalgic to me in a way I can't place and the consistency is great (some can be grainy). High marks from us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the first melatonin gummies I've tried that actually lived up to their claim of being fast acting, and working comparably to the liquid melatonin I normally use. I like that they're a relatively low melatonin dose so they don't cause any weird dreams or leave me sluggish in the morning, and they taste great which is always a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the time of writing this review I have consumed all of the gummies other than the 4 pictured in my photo. I typically take 5mg melatonin and a separate 50mcg vitamin d3 so I thought this could potentially allow me to skip a step, though these gummies are 4mg melatonin. Unfortunately there IS a noticable difference between 4 and 5mg and I found myself getting better sleep when I took the 5. However I did enjoy the experience of these, and if I had an aversion to swallowing pills I would definitely be interested in this as an alternative. I was apprehensive the first time I tried them because there was a powdery texture that I wasn't expecting, but over time I came to actually enjoy the flavor and texture.

I do also love that it is a lower dosage than most melatonin you buy over the counter. I often think those have too much and aren’t necessary. Though like most melatonin that I have tried in the past, this one doesn’t help with my sleep quality. I still seem to get the same affect.
