This is delicious! I use it on my toast and spread it on peanut butter and crackers. I think I will try it in my waffles. Yummy and healthy very low sugar and natural ingredients. This is my new jelly, jam whatever you want to call it. Spreads sooooo easily!!!

I had been looking for a no sugar added option of jellies or jams for my husband to be able to use and found this brand. He likes both this grape and strawberry ones. I like that they don't include added sugars and have a good sweet taste. It is easy to spread and the texture is good. The jar is also cute.

I wasn't expecting this grape jam to actually taste as good as it does. It's very tasty and has a good texture and is perfectly spreadable. I love that it has no refined sugar, corn syrup, maltodextrin or chemical sweeteners. For anyone reading this, dates are very low on the glycemic index and won't spike your blood sugar. Also, chia seeds are very nutritious and have health benefits. Whoever thought to sweeten jam with dates is a sheer genius! I've already purchased three jars. Overall, I am happy with the taste and the high quality ingredients and will purchase it again. Way to go, Smash Foods!! 💜

I tried this brand at a friend's house and it was instant love! Four grams of sugar! It has the most simple ingredients and the flavor is so good. I put it on bagels, peanut butter sandwiches, bagels, and toast with eggs on the side. I don't believe I will ever buy another brand of jam. My friend is picking up 2, 26 oz. jars from Costco for a little over $8.00 each so that I don't have to pay $25 from Walmart.

I think this spread is a nice healthy alternative to the other over processed jams on the shelves. It's made with quality ingredients and no added sugars. Sweetened with dates. Between the dates and chia seeds, this jam is a great source of fiber and good for your digestive health. It's sweet without being overly sweet. I love eating it on a bagel with cream cheese.ita delicious!

The ingredients are perfect because people with allergies, diabetics, people that need low-calorie can have this. I wish that it was more affordable, but I don't know if anything like it so they kind of got the market on it as far as I know.. I have multiple allergies and diabetes, so I'm grateful that they have created this. Don't expect super sweet because it's not but it taste good. You can eat it out of the jar.

I like the taste and the texture is okay if you know what to expect. It has seeds so it will have a lumpy texture. I would make my own if my kitchen was big enough.

odd color, brown, for strawberry jam, more like the color of it's 2 most ingredient, dates. texture is a little odd, like pureed dates, not smashed strawberries. flavor is ok. sweetness is ok. I have nothing bad to say about it and I appreciate the lower calories but it is not good enough for me to buy again.

Very little flavor. Lots of acidity. Not too sweet. This is good. But no grape smell. It was literally aroma-free. And little flavor. I was very disappointed.

the delivery person just tossed it on the ground. it's glass. I swear they are dumb and illiterate. the jam got all over my other items. glass was all over mixed in with the jam so I had broken glass that I couldn't even see all over my son's juice and our breakfast drinks. what a mess.
