I've been using these for awhile and they have really made a difference in the whiteness of my teeth. You do need to carve out a bit of time to do it. Maybe 10 to 15 minutes after you eat to go through the process but the results are so worth it! I had a little gum irritation the first two days but after that, it was all very easy, no problems. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to get whiter teeth!

The strips work well, if you can get them on properly. They are dissolving strips. Other non dissolving strips I have used are flexible with a little bit of adhesive to stick to teeth. These strips are like a thick cellophane that doesn't have any flexibility. Your hands must be completely dry as the strips start dissolving and quickly turn into a sticky gel. As soon as you try to apply them, they are sticking to your lip, inside and outside, and they begin melting immediately and get all over your fingers. If you manage to get them on somehow, they do whiten well and I had no sensitivity afterward, but they are awful to apply which is why I gave 2 stars. They need to be redesigned to be more flexible and some kind of applicator needs to be used. Won't buy again!

I think I got a old box cuz when I opened to get strips they were not sticky on either side they just fell out don't know what was wrong hope whomever else buys has a better result

They start dissolving in your hand and then stick to your fingers. When I attempt to get them in my teeth, it ended up being a big Gooey mess. Wasn't very happy with this product. Really didn't see any results after the applications.

I'm confused ? Only 6 strips came in my box and the sticker was peeled open already.. but I checked out in cosmetics and it was inside a security case… pretty sure I was jipped lol

Did not notice it until too late. That may be the reason why it didn't work but I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

they don't cover your teeth entirely just barely the front, they're extremely sticky and break apart even with dry fingers please do yourself a favor and save your money. they feel disgusting too, i was skeptical in the first place but this confirmed it
