Used the same unit for about 2 yrs. Loved the results and UV light finally quit. Love this!!Really whitens your teeth and only takes 5 minutes.

This must be one of the most poorly designed products I have ever used. Out of ALL the spots on the device they could have placed the power button, they managed to put it in just the right spot so that your upper lip constantly turns it off. So, you either have to keep your mouth open in an uncomfortable way or stare at yourself in the mirror to make sure it doesn't turn off, then fiddle with it to turn it back on again. I mean, wow! The whitening works, but the hardware is junk. Just get the plug-in version and a battery. The wireless tray is worthless.

I don’t know what happened worked great at first and I was using it every day except for like 2 days cause I’ve been busy and I come back to it having mold on the stuff if get a whiting kit suggest getting something else

The LED Light is annoying to use. It keeps going off while you sit there and never know if its working unless you stand in front a mirror to see the light or hold your hand by your mouth to see reflection. I cant wait to throw it away at the end of the week if it lasts. I don't understand why all these people are saying the same thing and the product is still on the market. It is what I will remember about this company so far. Not good.

The placement of the touch-sensitive power button makes it very easy to accidentally turn the unit off with your lip. And since it's in your mouth you wouldn't know that it turned off. Also the timer works when it feels like it, so you just figure out how to have it in without accidentally turning it off and then it sometimes doesn't turn off when it's supposed to. This was a good idea but ultimately its execution makes it just a pain to use. Would not recommend.

Used twice and then wouldn't turn on. Just kept making a horrible sound. The company is going through a law suit so you can't even contact. No warranty honored at time. Absolute waste of money.

This NEVER worked correctly it behaves like it has a short it stays on for 30 seconds then turns off. I threw away box so I threw away my money. 😡

The light on the device does not stay on for the 10 mins. It turns on and off by itself. You have to set your own timer to make sure you get 10 mins in. After using 5 times, there has been zero change in teeth color. I will be returning as this is a waste of money/junk.

I only received the whitening light in the box, it did not include the pen although in the instructions, on the box, and in the description it says that there is supposed to be one. I guess I’ll be going to buy one so I can use this.
