This is a nice addition to my whitening routine. Being a coffee drinker I realize it's an ongoing process but with this I can go a little longer in between. It's easy to use and the directions are very clear. I do find this to be very effective and I have recommended it to others in my family. We are all pretty obsessed with getting super white teeth.

First whitening product that has actually given me results in a short period of time! First off I was not able to use this twice a day after a few days, I was having tmj problems from mouth piece and some sensitivity so I switched to once a day and still saw results! My teeth are noticeably whiter where I had yellow staining from years of coffee drinking. Only complaint is the last step is slightly confusing as it says to put the mouth piece in again which I assume means turn on the light, but the light is set to 5 minutes not 10 like the directions say to keep it in for.

This item for sure has made a big difference for my teeth in an as short as week! My teeth are clearly whiter than they were. The product is very easy. The only issue is the time it takes. It takes 20 minutes just to brush your teeth twice a day. As someone who has to work very early. It's hard to take 40 minutes out of my day simply to whiten my teeth. You can do stuff while whitening your teeth but it's not the easiest thing to do. So although it works well I'm only giving 4 stars due to the fact that it's a decently big time commitment in order to get full results.
