You can add to your other dishes or just heat up for a warm cup of comfort . It's so simple to cook and so satisfying and wholesome. People don't realize that our ancestors would hunt their prey and dress the carcass. They would use the bones, tendons,gristle and organs and usually dispose of the actual meat that most of us consume today. If they were low of food ,They would sometimes keep the meat but would use it last. The bone and marrow was the gold! I try and keep a crock of bone broth simmering at least once every few weeks. Nothing better or better for you.
