Smith & Wesson Commando Watch

This is a nice watch. Took a little while to get here but that is not a negative. SG has always done an excellent job. This watch is replacing a Seiko diving watch I purchased in Japan in 1968. I balked at the $250 cleanlng cost. It was a good choice.

This is my second watch, the first one still going strong and I wear it practically every day. The black paint around the casing rubbed off after numerous hours stalk hunting in the heavy brush. Therefore, I ordered a second watch for leisure wear, it is practically the same watch, but the hands aren't as wide making them hard to see in dim lighting situations. Perfect for leisure wear, though, and a great product.

I had this watch as a work watch years ago and it held up well but eventually water got into it. Great looking simple watch tho.

I Probably did not read the specifications or review this item as well as I should have . The price and quality are very good . Just my personal preference I would prefer a leather band as I do not like the feel of the rubber band and find it difficult to read the Hour hand .

Ive had it a few weeks. The watch looks good. The action on the seconds hand is loud. The glow for the numbers doesn't work good at all. exposed to direct sunlight and flashlight and the glow was minimal and uneven. There are other watches around the price range thatll be better. The watch is just ok but for the price and looks i can live with it.

Its an OK watch. It tells time and date. But it is bulkier than I expected, but it is managable. The reason for 3 stanrs and not 4 is the hands and the dial do not glow enough to see them. Shining a light on them to charge them or even right after turning the lights off, the watch is useless after dark. Probably should have given 2 stars.

A nice watch at a great price, but the hands are so small it is a challenge to read without staring

The watch was supposed to have luminous hands, the only way it was luminous was to shine a light on it. I couldn't set the day of the month to work. The stem pulled all the way out of the watch and wouldn't go back in. It' was a very poor watch and I threw it in the trash.

I hate the watch it is so large that it makes people think I am blind. But the worst part is the size of the hour hand, it is so small that you have to stare at the watch to see what the hour is and the largest hand is the second hand. Who makes the most prominent hand the second hand.

I don't know why, but the very nice looking watch , keeps losing time and the date advances to fast
