Smithfield Prime Fresh Hard Salami, 14oz

A little salty but yumm yumm everyone lves these. i put some under the broiler and crisp them in a cast iron pan , then mix with okra that is nicely toasted... great balance for the salt, its not overyly too salty, but its the 8 out ofgg 10, and needs other things imo. for me straight out the bag, pop with pickle, okra. any cheese and a cracker. sometime you need a little salt, especially if you are doing cardio in this texas heat.... nowq i am hungry and craving this... greawt toasted as a snack. a little goes a long way. I WOULD SHOW A PIC OF WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE BUT I ATE ALL EVERYTIME WITH IN 24 HOURS. ( LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PIC AND IF ANYTHING WAS BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED ) FOR GUESTS.....FOR ABOUT 4 ADULTS SNACKS IF PAIRED WITH 3 OTHERS ( IE CHEESDE , PICKLE WHATEVER, YOU COULD HAVE SMALL APPETIXER FOR 4 TO 5 WITH JUST STUFF IN CUBBOARD, GREAT TO HAVE IN STOCK AT YOUR HOUSE. GREAT TO FREEZE, FRESH AT LEAST 8 MONTHS OUT THE FREEZER4 ( VAN SEALED ) HOPE THIS HELPED THEY REALLY HELPED ME BALLANCE MY PROTEIN. i BIKE 12 MILES A DAY IN TEXASD HEAT, AND LITTLE WATER DRINKER , THESE FEEL IMMEDIATELY AS MY PH REGULATES AFTER ABOUT 2 TO 3 PIECES, ITS A HEALTH FOOD, IF YOU DO CARDIO, IMP i also vac seal half jof it and it is just as fresh a year latger when i find this little gem in my chest freezer... i have hidden these from my fiance and house pests ... i.e. neighbors who always hunree for anything thats free.... def worth the money and tastes great on pizza, with mozz sticks , charturie board. i give a 5 star and i know salami, been with 2 italianos for 30 plus..... feels like home ( baltimore maryland italian grovery.. i miss you ! I like that for just under 10 .00 dollarsyou can take three of the salami slices amd put them on top of 1 great valley probalone 12 slice pack.yoi roll them up chese side out .put tooth pick. iniddle and oneone each end and them cut then in three ehial part you mow have 36 individual bite-size ordervs were little extra if you could deal with cream cheese or you can put green olives or you can put stuffed green olivesqith the cream cheese.my be you like pickes.It is so hood uou need to try it right now the provolone cheese at Great value 12 slices is on rollback for a $1.97 I do hope you enjoy one of these recipes I know my family loves it. happy 4th of July next month

I have tried many different types of salami. I love to make Cuban sandwiches at home, especially, since I moved to Jacksonville from Tampa. You can't get a real Cuban here. This salami has the best taste and texture. I love the thickness of the slice. It goes perfectly for cubans and Italian subs. Highly recommend this one over the ones in the tub. You get more for your money too. Everyone knows that groceries are going up so we have to find better value in what we choose.

love hard salami, this pre-cut thin sliced hard salami in my opinion is a very good product. not really that much of a difference in price compared to great value. this will be the continued hard salami I buy to make sandwiches because it's so far been the best flavor consistent in size thickness and delicious overall

This is a tasty salami, not overly salty, good flavor , and at a fair price. I particularly like that it's vacuum sealed for fresher taste, it's slices just right on the thickness, and love that you can reseal the bag to keep air out and extend its usable life in the fridge. It's nice to make sandwiches or add to a pizza…I'll buy this again without worry…

This would be good to eat anytime you can use some sandwiches and roll it up put cream cheese in it. I use it as a low carb snack with a sour cream or cream cheese. I also dip it in yummy sauce sometimes so it is really good. Enjoy the taste the flavor I used in salad. I have it for lunch sometimes even just when I'm not hungry. I have it for dinner so if you and Mike to try it, you probably enjoy it too.

Good option if you are looking for value Salami. It hits all the marks and gets the job done. Taste, texture, consistency, and price are all reasonable. It's not the best hard salami I have ever had, but considering the price, it gets the job done.

My personal opinion is that this is great...... It may not taste exactly as my favorite brand, but it does taste very good and I love that it comes with some savings. We used in some hot sandwiches and they were tasty. No one noticed the change. I bet I will get the same reaction when I put it on some pita pizzas.

These taste ok, but always have a thin layer of "goo," grease, fat, or whatever coating them. I've ordered these three times, and they always have that fatty glaze over them. Don't get me wrong, they don't taste bad... but the texture is a bit odd.

I have noticed that Walmart is combining 2 different brands of salami. The colors don't match %26 do not taste the same. This usually is the only brand of salami I like. So I noticed this from taste first. I will buy this again but if I get the twofer I will take a picture to show what I am seeing. I am just tired of getting ripped off all the time.
