I am glad you sell it
product is not widely available in grocery stores. Even here i had to order it but it was the only "small form factor" option. Others sold much more of the salt for a much higher cost and I would have had to pay shipping on top of that. The ship-to-store / store pickup option was perfect for me. And the bacon I made from raw pork belly was excellent. I will eventually need to get more of this.

The Cure
I've never cured any meat, before using this product. The curing salt worked perfect for the piece of meat I had.

Turkey Ham
The sodium nitrite works just as expected. I was able to produce perfect turkey Hams. Downside, was Walmart was not able to deliver on time so place your orders early.

Bought this for curing bacon works well. Only reason for 4 star is one of the packages hap a hole in it where I lost some product during shipping
