Snailax Cordless Shiatsu Neck & Shoulder Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Deep Tissue Kneading

I'm very pleased with this Snailax Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager. It's convenient and can be worn and used while reading, watching TV or doing standup chores like washing dishes. I like that you can charge it with a phone style charging cord which seems to charge it long enough for multiple massages. It gives a good massage where your shoulder and neck muscles connect and where your neck and the base of your skull connect behind the ears. Be sure to adjust the back strap so that is stretched and pulls the unit tight when your wearing it or it won't have enough pressure to give a good massage. Also, if you want a full back massage, consider purchasing a unit that mounts in a chair; Comfier makes a good one. This Snailax unit is for Neck and Shoulders only. The control on it allows for 2 different speeds, heat and 3 different modes although I find standard mode to be very nice. I'm 5'9", 175%23 with a 42" chest and it fits me fine. I believe you could be 50%23 heavier or lighter than me and the unit would fit you. Again, just be sure to fit the unit on yourself tightly with the backstrap to get the full benefit.

I highly recommend this! I love a good neck massage and this definitely provides that. Charges easily, charge lasts through several uses. Gives a really good deep tissue massage.

It is great! Like the hand holders, you can direct where you want the massage. Like the zip of cover, that has been a problem in the past. But no more 👍👍👍

I love this. It works great. The only problem is the battery. Only last about five minutes before it needs to be recharged again love this massager.

Works better than expected. Can irritate the skin a bit from the texture of the covering rubbing on your neck. Just a small annoyance at times. Nice kneading action and helps release the tension

Battery runs down after about 5-10 minutes. Says it's good for multiple spot but really only works well for the shoulders.

I don't know who this is supposed to fit on but it wouldn't even go over my shoulders. Maybe for a very small statured person. Looked to be of decent build quality but needs to say only for smaller people. I am not a big person either only 5'10" 200lbs.

Initially, it wouldn't turn on even though it was fully charged but I could get the heat button to make the light turn red momentarily so I knew it had battery life. Eventually after pushing the power button enough I was able to turn it on and test it out briefly but when I went to use it again the next day it seems the battery was drained and I couldn't turn it on again. So, since it's so difficult to turn on and can't hold a charge, I'll be returning this item.

Horrible purchase! Zero stars! This device is extremely painful. If you already have neck and shoulder pain, do not buy this. Its hard plastic prongs that have no cushion just pushing into your skin. The prongs pinch hard when they move inward. So disappointing!
