I was very impressed, the cushion arrived the next day as said. unfortunately it came without a power cord so I called the company. the immunity shipped one out. this meets more than my expectations and so did dealing with the company. everything was with such ease and put together. I would definitely deal with them in the future and refer them to a friend.

My husband absolutely loves it. It has the two different heat settings, which are amazing for when you back hurts, but you don't want heat on your bottom. Due to medical issues, he cannot use the massagers with rolling massagers in them and this one is perfect. It has such intense vibration massage and is so much better than the rolling massagers. He loved it so much, I bought him another one for his other chair the same day we received the first one.

Meh! It has promise but it works oddly. I like one of the vibrations, the kneading massage but the different types of massage keep changing. I want to just leave the cushion set at one particular location, (lower back) and get a rolling, kneading massage but as soon as I try to adjust the speed, the vibration moves to another location. Could be user error. I'll keep trying and re-review if it's user error.

DID NOT MASSAGE HARDLY AT ALL THEN THE BALLS GOT STUCK IN ONE SPOT

Worked great for a couple of weeks then started making so much noise. I couldn't hear myself think.
