I purchased this for my elderly mom. It's easy for her to use and it's great for her mid to low back.

My husband and I use it at least 3 times a week, in the couch, chair, or/and bed. Works great, Im 5'2 and the neck area hits the back of my head so I have to make myself taller (lol), to enjoy the neck portion but feels good so its okay..

I just love this back massager and it was just what I needed since my older one by another company bit the dust. I didn't think I would ever find another massager that could compare or come close to my old one but this one far exceeded my expectations. It has been a Godsend and have enjoyed using it several times a day since it arrived. Even showed it to friends and let them try it out. Great purchase!

You have to be pretty tall for the neck part to reach your neck so I have to sit on two pillows in order for these shiatsu massaging balls to reach the places I need them to reach.

I was shocked at how much pressure this portable massager could deliver. I have a massage chair that I use for deep massage, but I don't always have time to sit on it. I put this one on my office chair and use it several times a day. I love the deep massage it provides and the neck massager is very good as well. I originally bought it for the vibration seat cushion hoping to give me some circulation while sitting for long hours at the computer. The only thing I don't like about this product is the seat cushion. You can feel the lumps from the vibration mechanism and it hurts, so I put a nice comfy seat cushion over it so I can still enjoy the back and neck massage. They have a massager that is cheaper and looks similar to this one...I bought both to compare, and the cheaper one is very low quality, I didn't enjoy it at all. If you are sensitive and don't like deep tissue massages, I would skip this one, however, I love deep tissue massages and love it.

Works well. Would be better if the timer has more options and if the mechanisms can be made to stay in a specific place that is user selected.

I'm 5'3 for the neck portion it's for a taller person but I just put a pillow under my butt and it solves the issue just position yourself where you want your massage

They sent the wrong one again.First it was the comfier.Now it's this snaylex that they sent the wrong one.I'm getting fed up and i'm still waiting for my refund.Where is it

Shorter people will not be able to use. My head was in the neck area and even the adjuster didn’t help! Returned. I will say, Walmart has the best return policies.
