Bought this for our favorite 7-yr-old boy- he wandered off soon after opening it. His 13-yr-old brother began staring at the photos of the projects you can make with the kit. He finished one of the more complicated projects within mere seconds and was overjoyed to see it really do something. That whetted his appetite and he made several more. I pointed out some of the Cautions in the directions to him, since he was not reading, only recreating what he saw in each photo. Guess we need to get him one for his age level. Oh, and their Dad loved making some projects too! Is there a snap kit for adults?? Great value, great educational kit.

I bought this for my son, 9, an avid LEGO fan in an attempt to spark a new interest with something educational. After opening his gifts, upset that he didn't get any more legos, he opened the box and decided to see what it was about. From 9 am until 6 pm he played with this toy non stop and LOVED IT! He built many of the projects, took it apart, and built some more. Around dinner time he bought the set to his uncles house and the two of them sat around playing with this some more. My uncle, an electrician by trade, enjoyed it just as much as he did. I really, really like how kid friendly this toy is AND how it teaches children about electricity. I would definetly recommend this toy to parents- you CANNOT beat the price, the hands-on educational experience, and the fun children will have arranging the little units to make music, alarms, causing light bulbs to light and propellars to rise. Amazing! Wish I would have learnt about this thing sooner!

I wanted to get my 9 year old grandson something educational for Christmas, and this was the perfect choice. He had a disappointed look on his face, when he first opened the package. After reading the box over, he wanted to play with it. It was an instant hit, and after doing a dozen projects, he started to get a grasp on the circuitry that electricity follows. I am definitely going to get him one of the more advanced kids soon.

This is a wonderful product. I had to help my daughter put the circuits together but she enjoyed it and it worked perfectly. It was great to see the excitement in her eyes when her first project started to work. I would with out question recommend snap circuits junior.

Best gift for kids! This is a great gift for any kid...I’ve seen kids aged 4–13 enjoy Snap Circuits. Fun for kids...makes them use their brain. Better than them on IPad/TV/video game.

I had previously bought for an older grandson. The twins loved playing with his . They asked for this for Christmas. They learn to follow instruction and are rewarded when they finish and the project works.

This kit is great. It’s well made and my 7 year old grandson loves it. He and his uncle spent a lot of time with it on Christmas Day. It was a hit!

excellent, creative introduction to circuits for my six year old grandson. he needed a little help to start, but is now able to follow the detailed pictures to build the various projects. held his attention for a long time.
