My child really enjoys working with snap circuits. i recommend that any parent, especially one with a child on the autism spectrum, first try the easier kits made for beginners and watch and observe his/her reaction. Each kit has a list on the box of every function it can perform when the circuits are wired correctly.

Perfect for Robotics enthusiast
If you have a robotics nerd in the family, this is the perfect gift for them to play with. My 10-year-old loves it and loves the flexibility of either following the instructions in the book or making his own creations.

Great toy for the young builder.
My grand kids love this kit. They are 9 and 12 years old. In 10 minutes of opening this they had built the motion detector. I'm glad that there is an educational toy like Snap Circuits Motion available for a reasonable price.

Fun gift
Very fun Christmas present for my 9-year-old. Lots of neat things that he could build without help. Most of the parts seem quite sturdy.

I really liked the LED light fan. The ball blower was cool too. But the thing I liked best was the racecar.
