My grandkids love all the Snap Ship models. This is another great creation.

I am not sure who was more excited about this when they saw it, my son or his dad. If you are familiar with Snap -Ships you have an idea of what to expect. If this is your first experience with them, you are in for a treat! The backstory is that there is a dangerous alien enemy called Komplex and you are they elite force called Forge.The Komplex have decided to eliminate any other species not their own. Your mission is to stop them by building battle ships You can either build a Attack Speeder or a Light Attack. Once you have built your ship you are ready to battle and defeat. The pieces are so easy to assemble and because they are interchangeable you are able to create and re-create your ship. The Javelin is built for speed over land and water which gives you more than a fighting chance to defeat the enemy. My son came up with so many scenarios on how to build the ship to end all ships and take care of the enemy once and for all!

The instructions are written direct and clearly and include great pictures to help with the building process! The Javelin can be built in an hour or less. The kit also includes a display stand which is a nice touch. In addition to the display stand another great addition to the kit is the ""separator"" tool which is fantastic-and, it works really well! The separator tool allows you to take apart what you have built and create one of 4 possibilities. We have purchased other building kits that use blocks and the blocks are always hard to take apart to rebuild. We definitely appreciated the separator tool which made it a lot of fun to try the other designs of the kit. We have definitely enjoyed the Snap Ships Forge Javelin M-02 Attack Speeder!

My son enjoys building models and he loves building Snap Ships battle crafts! The pieces are durable and sturdy and he can build multiple crafts with each kit…plus he can build and rebuild crafts using all his pieces. I love that each model includes step by step instructions. He loves using the Snap Ships app for interactive play. The box serves as a display base, which is very nice!

The Javelin Attack Speeder is a new weapon in the Snap Ships Build to Battle fleet. Like other Snap Ships, it can be built and rebuilt and combined with modular pieces from other Snap Ships sets. The javelin weapon can travel over land and water and is one of the coolest vehicles yet! For extra fun, combine with the Snap Ships app for interactive builds and play.

The Snap ships are great for teaching kids to read directions. Our grandsons love working on Snap Ships with their grandfather. He is trying to teach them to follow directions when putting together anything. They love to display them in their rooms. They are very proud that they were able to build something that looks so good. They are well made and they enjoy playing with them. I have found that kids need this type of a kit. They need to learn to build things . I think it is a great educational toy is lots of ways.

My 8 year old and I had a lot of fun building this together. She was able to do it mostly on her own, but had fun building it with me too. The stand included is an awesome addition. She loves that she can display it now. She and her little sister also had a ton of fun battling after it was built!

Its a great build and fun one to play with. Defiantly some customizing potential uses as either a main body or used for parts for other snap ships.
