We love our SnapPads! Product: excellent. Pads are well-made. Step by step instructions provided were detailed and clear. Installation was not difficult. Service: excellent. There are 2 styles of pads for scissor jack stabilizers. When I ordered the pads, I received an email requesting photos to insure we received the correct style. Unfortunately we didn't, the pads did not fit. I contacted the company via email explaining the issue and received an immediate response. They apologized for the mixup, and quickly resolved the problem. I received a pre-paid return label for the incorrect pads and a short time later received the correct ones. Overall, excellent product and outstanding customer service.

So it took us a while to finally get a complete set, first 2 boxes we got delivered only had 1 pad in the box instead of 4. Once installed they definitely made the camper feel more stable.

Easy installation only problem was the color on the printed instructions, vary dark hard to see . Got the first one done and then just rocked the install! I have the sizzler Jack style. Way more stable!

We have not tried them yet as it is winter time here and camping is over for us until spring. Looking at the product it seems to be of good quality.Delivery was quick and delivered in the time frame they had said it would arrive.Posted recommend this product even though we have not tried them out as of yet, because the quality and delivery did not disappoint

Adding a SnapPad to my tongue jack and SnapJacks to my stabilizers were the first modifications I completed on my new travel trailer. Increasing the surface area on the five points of contact with the ground didn't take much thought or convincing.Installation was straightforward. A small coating of dish soap definitely helped the SnapPad to slip onto the tongue jack base disk. The SnapJack install was a breeze. If I sell my trailer in a few years, the SnapJacks will be coming off and going onto my next trailer.

My SnapPads are heavy duty, very stable, non slip, and easy to install. They are such an improvement over the stock stabilizer feet.

Very nice and simple to installOne got a little bent in shipping, but not a problem Going out next weekend and we'll see how they are
