i got this mini drone for my 7 years old boy. i figured this drone was worth a try given the price n description as a kids drone. Here is my run down: Pro: Easy to use! he was able to fly it out of the box with all instructions. Great size! when learning to fly a drone, its very nice to have something small that wont do a lot of damage. Great Packaging! it may seem like not that important, but i was impressed with the Packaging/ unboxing experience. Cons: the controller feels little bit cheap quality, but all functions work fine. Battery life, its ok. cant fly long but got extra batteries. Even with the con, i still give it a 5 star review because they are either stated clearly in the description or are more of a personal preference thing. hope this help! id recommend if u need gift for kids.

Excellent drone to learn to fly. My 4 year old son has a blast with it. Tough and durable, able to take falls. great for beginners overall .

My grandson loves it

I bought this drone for my 7 year old son and he loves it! It is very easy for him to understand how it operates and he can fly it himself. He can choose the speed he wants to fly the drone, low, med and high. The batteries are rechargeable which triples the flight time for him. This mini drone is light weight and easy for him to carry out to the park.

I've been mucking around with entry-level drones for indoor flying for years now. I've always like the UDI drones for their durability and ease of control. This little thing is the best drone for kids and beginners that I've tried so far. One of the most unique and best things about this drone is that it's SLOW (painfully slow for experienced users). But for beginners or kids, it's the perfect training drone. It has 3 speed settings, the slowest of which allows you to smoothly glide around indoors. The medium and high speeds never really reach the pace of other mini drones in this class, but for beginners, the speeds are perfect.

We've had a lot of drones over the years, and can honestly say that this is one of the easiest drones to learn with. The quad copter features make it easier to control and give it more maneuverability. There is a very short learning curve for even younger kids - my 6 year old granddaughter was able to control it easily. We have been trying new tricks like flips and dives and just basically having a lot of fun with this drone outdoors, snow and all. Really glad they included extra batteries - you will need them, as the kids won't want to stop playing with it.

Got this for my grandsons 5th birthday. He is a wiz at stuff like this. Love that it comes with its own 3 batteries. Just the right size for him to take with him . Everyone in the family is going to love using this, if he gives it up . lol. Its a great toy, great gift!

This drone is amazing. It flies very well and is a blast. The propellers are enclosed, so you don't have to worry about them damaging anything inside your home. I've bounced it off of walls, lamp shades, ceiling fans, even myself, all with no problem. I've crashed the drone more than I like to admit, and it's still going strong. The only negatives are regarding the batteries. They take a while to charge. They are initially a bit difficult to get plugged into the drone because they're quite small and the wires are stiff. Once you install and remove the batteries several times, the wires get more flexible, and it becomes a bit easier. The drone is designed for kids and they'll love it. So will adults. Overall, this is a great little inside drone and I think you'll have a blast with it.

This is a great little drone, especially for the money. We had an issue with hair getting caught in the blades (we have long haired dogs), which impacted control. We took it apart, cleaned it out, and it was as good as new. My 7 year old just loves it. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last very long so it's good they provided two.

Purchased for a Christmas present, it was a big hit!
