Gets snow off car easily and quickly without danger of scratching it

The product is great to remove snow from the vehicle. It is much quicker than using a scraper or broom to remove the snow from the car. And it does not scratch the car. I ordered the product online via the Walmart website. When I got the tracking code there was some kind of error. I contacted directly the company that was shipping the product. There was good customer service, the situation was cleared up and I got the product on time as promised.

The bottom unscrews often when raking

The handle twists when you try to use it and is too short to use the device on a taller vehicle. Not good for shorter people ie: 5'3” or less. It comes with No telescoping attachment. Iwill be attempting to get a refund.
