Set up as instructions stated. Started making ice very fast. So quiet I could hardly believe it was making ice. My previous counter ice maker was so loud the neighbor complained. I had a bucket of nugget ice within an hour. So far excellent. Well package with easy instructions. Thank you

This ice maker is amazing! I enjoy a lot of ice in my water and tea. This makes ice quickly and it somehow tastes better than other shaped ice! What a great deal I got! I am so pleased I got one as a graduation gift for someone going off to college and will live off campus.

This machine is so fast and easy to use. It literally took a few minutes and it started to make the ice. It is pretty quiet. When ice is done I just bag up the ice and keep in the freezer. The shape and consistency of the ice is perfect. Great for parties. This machine is a winner!

this ice maker is at least 30 pounds in weight you would think it would put out alot more ice but it is quicker to replace the ice that it uses and it holds alot more water it took two 16 ounce water bottles to fill it up and it puts out crush ice i think it would keep up wjth a family of four but no more then that it has a self cleaning function built into it once you use the ice in the ice basket it will start replacing the ice

She works and she works incredibly well. I am so far past excited to have nugget ice that it's embarrassing. I am also super impressed with how quiet it is and how little counter space it takes up. My counters have a huge wasted area underneath the cabinets, and it's the perfect spot for it to sit, unobtrusively, and do it's thing. I have no complaints and hope it keeps the same energy for years to come. I didn't have high hopes because I'm just skeptical like that, but I'm happy to have been proven wrong. This ice maker has a nice steel-like appearance. Makes ice relatively quick. My only issue is the slight hum of the machine when turned on. The noise is definitely tolerable since you won't be sitting right there while it is on. It has a self cleaning mode which is great. Also, is a nice size for an ice maker which is good cause it saves counter space.

The ice consistently jams in the dispensing chute. After dislodging numerous times, I noticed the label on the ice bin which reads "We recommend to stir the ice in the Ice Basket every 40 minutes to allow the Ice Basket to hold more ice". Who has time to stand at the ice maker until the ice basket fills? Otherwise: machine is a little noisy but does make favorable ice and self cleans which is nice.

I'm not sure what's going on with it. It will do ice till it feels a tray about half full and then you can't get no more and then the ice in the tray turns back into water.

purchased this ice maker for my parents. first thing on the instructions says in 4 different places..... this machine is subject to explode at any giving time. they are afraid to plug it in. I will be returning it for a refund.
