Assembly was a little tricky. It would be nice to have the parts labeled in separate packets and pictures of parts.
These will not fit larger patio chairs / seats. these are much better quality than the cushions that came with the set. took about a full day to come to shape.
Didn't get the color I wanted but the color that was sent still looks good so I just kept them. Good quality
The quality of the material looks good. I was surprised to find the ridges one on the back that makes it anti slop did not notice that when ordering it and was a pleasant surprise when I received it. However, it was a bit small for my furniture and am trying to return. The return process is not straightforward that it would go to Walmart directly. It asks me to contact the seller. I did that 4 days ago and yet to get response.
I bought the navy to match my current furniture and the color is completely different from the picture. The fabric is very thin, I do understand here that I bought a cheaper product.. so I do understand that. However, even with measuring my furniture this cushion was too small by a few inches. Just wish the product was as it was described.
It stated the cushions covers were included but I received the cushions without the covers. I called Walmart customer service and the only option I had was to return the cushions. The website is misleading and does not state what's really included in the order.
I made the mistake of believing i was ordering patio furniture when i was ordering three 3" cushions for $68! again, my error. But now I can't get anyone from Walmart to help me because third party involved and SnubBull gives me a number no one answers to or have I got a call back from anyone. I don't know how to or where to return it. I want a refund of $67 and change.
None of the cushions fit the covers even after letting them “fill up” after being in the package. They were thicker in some areas and completely lop sided. Very low quality.
The cushions came in a tightly wrapped ball and they are now misshaped. There is a hump in the middle of the cushions I can not get out. Also, The material on the outside appears faded already
Total disappointment! Foam inserts did not fit in the cushion cases! Foam inserts were disfigured from the packaging process that there was a hump in the middle that would not go down!!
