So Delicious Dairy Free Original Coconut Milk Beverage 0.5 gal. Carton

I have been using this as a dairy substitute for years and it is the only “milk” we use. It works just like dairy milk for cooking, baking, cereal etc. it doesn't not have a coconut taste if that's what your looking for. sadly I'm having trouble getting it recently and my Local grocery store says it's not a big seller even though it's always sold out. Going to be Looking for a new milk I guess 😢

I love the texture and taste of this product. Much better than the competitors, especially in thickness and creaminess. You have to shake it up, but that takes just a few seconds. Nothing else out there beats this for taste. I prefer the refrigerated half gallon over the shelf stable version; the shelf stable version separates quite a bit more, in my experience.

I have hypothyroidism, and I take a thyroid pill every morning. The high calcium in milk can bind to you thyroid pill and make it useless, so regular milk is not advised until four hours after. This is a perfect alternative, and just a pinch of calcium is no concern for me. Now the best part: This is a quality product that taste great, and is delicious on cereal or for making a morning shake.

Creamy not watery tastes amazing no weird after taste or texture has a great consistency it's very healthy and I love it's organic at a good price

Coconut milk that actually tastes like real coconut milk from the can! I like using this to make my chia pudding. It's nice and creamy and doesn't have little chunks of coconut in it.

I was raised on dairy milk and as an adult drank nothing but fat free or 1%. When we decided to eat low carb, I looked for something to replace the high carb dairy milk. Found SO Delicious Coconut Milk about two years ago and loved it. Why? Because it most nearly tasted like my dairy milk with the same liquid consistency. My last few cartons of So Delicious original unsweetened Coconut Milk has had a thicker consistency - unlike dairy milk and now I'm disappointed. Would surely like it to go back to the original. Otherwise, I'll be on the hunt for a more similar dairy milk substitute.

First time trying Orginal version of the coconut milk. I thought I shook it up too much before opening. I like that it poured out and kept almost a foam-like consistency much like whipping cream does for coffee and my cereal. But should it be thick? I see both types of reviews.

Just because there's fun stuff written on the labels doesn't mean it's a good product. Wake up people! They're selling you water with artificial thickeners and labeling it as “low cal”. Get real coconut milk for half the price and you won't be disappointed

Tried this 2 days in a row. First night I had terrible tummy cramping. On the econd day I had even more severe stomach cramping after consuming. I decided to pour the remaining milk in a container to check for any signs that it had gone bad. It poured out with both clumps similar to a yogurt consistency and regular liquid. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be. I purchased 4 boxes but I won't be using any of the remaining ones.
