Wonderful for people that really enjoy this product. I don't have to buy a lot of backups or look for bags for refilling. I wish they would do this with the body wash. Also no need to guess how much I'm using which is a bonus

Itchy dry scalp with build up all sorts of crap on it I tried everything under the sun I found the shampoo and conditioner and so far so good I will highly recommend it to anybody else that has scalp issues

The main picture shows a bigger bottle with a pump. This is very misleading. Most people choose items by the appearance of the picture. So was disappointed when I got a small bottle and not what was pictured. Understandable that it does say 3.3 oz. Just update the picture.

It's basically false advertisement, for some reason, I thought it would be a little bit bigger than a sample size, and the seller never got back to me when I had complained. And there is no pump on it. It's the size of your palm or littler., and I will not buy this buyer ever again

Possibly the worst hair product I have ever used. This was so drying on my hair. I understand that it is cleansing, meaning it is intended to strip the excess product etc from your hair. This left my hair feeling like straw. To the point that I could not even ruin my fingers through my hair and it literally hurt to brush it. I had to use so much hair oil just to get through my hair I ended up looking greasy. I have never had this issue with my hair, but this shampoo and conditioner is awful and I would not use it again
