This unit is drastically smaller than images make it seem. Made of cheap %26 flimsy plastic, so be careful not to break it while assembling. Fan blades just need to be aligned and gently pushed in, then removing requires holding main unit and pulling to release the blades. If you're expecting something like a "real" ceiling fan, then you'll be disappointed. At best, this is one step up from a handheld battery-powered fan, and I noticed a wobble after installation. Unit was bent, screw part was slightly smaller than socket, so trying to tighten into socket seemed impossible and even when tighten, it still wobbled.
Overall, it is an okay product for a small room like a bathroom or a super-small bedroom, especially directly under it. Would not recommend for a normal sized bedroom or LR/Den/Kitchen. Definitely NOT a ceiling fan!
