the pair i received was the warranty pair because my other pair ended up with a hole only 4 months a fuse i bought them. sockwell sent me another pair quickly no questions asked and they arrived quickly. i use them for work and i needed another pair quickly and they arrived just in time.

I am 87 and I really struggled with getting the socks on and off. They felt wonderful once on and did their job well. However, the daily struggle of getting them on and off would tire me quickly and caused muscle soreness so I am saving them for days when I might have the most need for them.

I happily wear Sockwell moderate compression socks every day. I started wearing compression stockings when I was working and on my feet all the time. Now retired, I like the comfort and support of Sockwell socks. They are easy to machine wash and line dry.

I just finished 120 miles of the Camino de Santiago in these socks. Walking every day for 16 days, these socks were up for the task. Good job Sockwell!

I love them. My legs feel great. They are comfy and give me good support. My ankles swell a little when I sit and sew for a long time. I am happy to report no swelling for me now.

Most compression socks that you buy. Have this weird slippery, feel to them. These feel like real actual socks, real good compression around the foot and up around the calf. Not too tight, great material.

These moderate-compression socks are amazing. I have heavy calves, and I am able to pull these socks (which are not even the wide-calf style) ALL the way up to the knee (unlike a major medical-professional brand, which tops out at least 3-4 inches below the knee - extremely uncomfortable!) - and these stay put! Bonus - I have consistently used these socks during a bout of foot/ankle tendonitis, and they have worked MUCH better for me than the lace-up brace the podiatrist provided. The socks provide pain relief through gentle but firm support and compression that does not create swelling directly outside the injured area (problematic with the brace) as the compression with the socks extends beyond the ankle and goes all the way up the leg and well into the foot. Pricey - yes, but one can pay almost as much (or more!} for a pair of hiking socks at an outdoor outfitters store.

Too new to really rate so giving a four star for now. I wear a size 8.5-9 size shoe and have 15 inch calves. The socks fit well and are very comfortable. I mostly wear wool socks anyway and i think these will hold up well to hiking and riding horses. I'm in my mid 50's and just experienced swollen feet and ankles for the first time in my life after several long flights to another continent. Bought these socks as a preventive for my next hunting and travel adventure.

Will your new combination socks last as long as the old 100 percent Merino wool? How long will they take to pill? I like them. I have only ordered Merino circulators for 8 years, with the exception of the winter padded socks. I can only afford to buy them on sale because I wear them daily.

Hello, I have ordered multiple socks from Sockwell over the last three years, I have noticed that the material composition is different from my prior orders. Has there been a change in the wool to synthetic blend? These feel much more synthetic and irritate my feet, whereas the older versions of the exact same product have much better texture, insulation, and overall compressive grip.
