seemed like it was a brand new game someone got and didn't want even the ads inside looked new

I've been playing Socom since the first game.
This game doesn't feel like any of the other Socom games and I hated it at first for that reason but once I got used to the fact that it's a little different I loved it for the amazing game it is. It had a few problems at first but the latest patch fixed it and it runs perfect now and can keep me entertained for hours and that's something that hasn't been done since the Socom games on PS2.

Fail?
Ok while I agree that the one guy should not have reviewed this game (hasnt even hit the shelves), I dont see how the other guy knows that this SOCOM will be junk... Yes the last one that came out (SOCOM Confrontation) was a waste of $$ thanks to Slant Six. But Zipper Interactive (the original software developers for SOCOM) did SOCOM 4, so hopefully it will be half as good as the PS2 titles (Combined Assault was my favorite). Time will tell, and I already know I for one will be buying this game as soon as it comes out.

fair
I guess nothing will ever be as good as the original. They should have just giving more missions and not tried to change the whole game.

FAIL
This guy is reviewing A game that hasn't even came out yet, I'm sure kids shouldn't be playing an M rated game for one thing plus this SOCOM is nothing like the original SOCOM if you are expecting this game to be like the original SOCOM's your buying the wrong game. I would not buy this game just because it says SOCOM on the cover.
