I was happy to find these white Soda Stream half liter botttles! They expire in 2028! I find I drink more when I add 50/50 soda stream water to fruit juice. Bottoms Up!

These are identical to the bottle that comes with the soda stream except 1/2 the size. These are more practical for one person as 16 ounces is a good size for drinking and thus I always have a fresh bottle instead of the extra in the large one sitting in the fridge.

I use these on a daily basis! I have one of them for myself to make my soda streams and the second one my wife has for her soda stream drinks! We are constantly using them! 10/10 recommend !!

Our SodaStream came with 2 bottles, but they are huge! we needed some bottles that are a more reasonable size for everyday usage %26 these are great. They hold enough, but not too much! Very sturdy too.

I'm irritated that you no longer sell large bottles that fit in the old Soda Stream machines. Just another corporation finding a way to get the public to purchase and new appliance! And then the old has to go into the landfill! Not cool Soda Stream!

My only options were to recommend or not recommend. Actually, these could be ideal for someone, so my recommendation for contains a couple caveats. First, these are billed as 1/2 liter, but are not quite that. They are a bit smaller, though it's not clear why they would need to be smaller. Second, they leak. I imagine this is the design, but I don't know why they need to leak. No one warns you that they will leak. I put a bottle in my lunchbox and learned the hard way that they leak. So - 1/2 liter bottles that are not 1/2 liter and bottles that leak. If that works for you, I recommend you go for it!

This is the second time I've tried buying these bottles. They have a horrible chemical smell when you first open them, I've washed them hundreds of times and it does not go away. I try drinking out of them and they taste like chemicals. No idea what this plastic is made out of but it's not safe. The other bottles I have from a year ago STILL smell. I have to use my own glass to use my machine and it hardly carbonates because it's not sealed, it sucks. Huge waste, if I can't use the bottles, I never use the machine.

I'm a first time soda stream user, and am excited about the reusability of the bottles. No where in the marketing descriptions of the plastic bottles do they tell you that the bottles have an expiration date. I purchased the bottles on sale, and now I know why. There are only 4 months left on the shelf life before the bottles are 'too dangerous' to use in the machine. Really? If you're marking items on clearance due to shelf life - you should clearly describe why so the consumer knows what they are buying.
