Szechuan Peppercorns
Great price and quality on Szechuan Peppercorns . I got them for my kung pao sauce recipe. They are necessary when making kung pao shrimp and so forth.

Really special experience
This kind of black pepper has a totally different flavor. It gives a special flavor to the food especially for the boiled kind. Of course you can also grind it into small pieces for grilling.
