I read an article that "Ceylon Cinnamon tea" helps to lower body swelling from inflamation. Just one cup of ceylon cinnamon sticks around bedtime did help to decrease the pain in my legs which I am medically challenged with as a 73 year old woman. I did consult with my primary doctor and I was influenced to drink the one cup as suggested and for me I excitedly let my doctor know that the inflamation lowered by the third night and also lowered the pain so I can comfortably take walks and stay asleep at night. It's been worth having the one cup as instructed because I have a positive effect as a Diabectic II individual and Osteoarthritis. taste good in warm water

Entire bag smells like paint; no trace of cinnamon aroma at all. Also most of sticks are very hard which indicates it's not Ceylon cinnamon. Absolutely frauden product.
