I have been trying different asian recipes and I found that the recipes were missing ingredients to make them taste authentic. This black vinegar helps add that something that I had been missing
This is the first time I have tried Soeos Chinkiang Vinegar. I used it to make a recipe for Chinese Smashed cucumber salad. It added a wonderful flavor. I am now looking for more recipes with this black vinegar in it. I recommend buying this vinegar.
