Very good
Very good, I use this for when I make sushi at home, a little goes a long way and I like how you can control the consistency of it or just mix it in soy sauce.

Goes so much further than paste! Easy to add to any sauce or recipe. Great bite and flavor.

Weak flavor and grainy texture
The wasabi is grainy and missing much of the strong flavor. I have tried different water amounts and waited for the flavor to grow with minimal results. I have mixed other brands with a strong flavor. I don't recommend buying this product.
