These are so yummy but don't follow what the instructions says put 10-1 ratio of water to pearls so like 10 cups water 1 cup boba and bring the water to a boil then throw the boba in wait til it floats to the top then put a lid on it and bring it down to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes stir it every 3 minutes or so. So it won't stick together then turn the stove off and let it sit there for another 10 to 15 minutes while you put sugar, water and vanilla extract together in a pot and melt the sugar then drain most of the water out the boba and then pour it into the syrup you made and let it sit for 5 minutes or so they end up really flavorful and perfect texture everytime
I love boba milk teas. I always order different flavors with this kinds of chewiness bobas. This is easy to boil and make it. I can make it myself with all different flavors I want, and this boba price is very reasonable. So far I really enjoy it. No complaints!
It's really easy to make, if you boil it without sugar or any sweetener it has no taste but the pleasant boba chewiness is still there. Boil it with sugar or honey and it's just like what you get at a restaurant. It's also a lot of product. I've made boba 3 times (about 15 to 20 pearls each time) and I'm not yet through half of one bag. Considering I got 3 bags for about 7 dollars. I would say it's also affordably priced.
Tip: Don't forget to buy your boba straws, too! These are genuine tapioca pearls for boba. I was looking for a no-added sugar boba treat for my tea, and this was perfect! They cooked up quickly and easily and made chewy, soft, mild-flavor balls that we will enjoy again. Note that they are tapioca, so they are not carb-free, but they are worth it if you have the carbs to play with.
the texture is really nice, prefect amount of chewy. i soaked them in a brown sugar simple syrup! definitely make sure to read the storing instructions since leaving them in the bag causes them to go bad! would buy again
These are just caramel colored no flavor. They do nkt cook thoroughly even if you test a few batches beyond d the cook time. They also go back to hard as rocks and cant be chewed if you boil them and don't chew then up immediately. Too expensive for so few flavorless boba
it takes 3-5 min to boil, the aftertaste is sour
I feel like I've been scammed! “Brown sugar taste”?! Just taste like chemicals. They're easy to cook and the texture is great, but they taste terrible. I tried them by themselves, soak in brown sugar, and soaked in brown sugar syrup. The chemical taste is overpowering. Would not buy again unless there is some way to remove that taste.
i dont understand how it has brown sugar and sweeteners in the ingredients but it taste like im eating a rubber sandal 🤢. I would feel bad even serving these to company. It smells like chemicals, it bland in flavor and the packaging comes with stickers covering the actual product. i do not trust/recommend these.
When I got these they Were all moldy.. they were in vacuum seal bag filled with moisture and mold.. ALL 3 bags!!! I do not Recommend
