I really like the SofComfort Women's Memory Insole One Size Fits All. They fit in my shoes perfectly, you can trim them to fit but I didn't need to. The shoes I decided to use them in were about 1/2 size to big for me an the Insoles made the shoes fit much better on my feet. I also notice the memory foam immediately. It gave my shoes the cushion they didn't have before and it made the shoes even more comfortable to wear. These Insoles have a nice thickness too them but they are not too thick and bulky. After my workouts the inside of my shoes are moist, however this time they weren't moist at all. These are much better than the Insoles I normally buy that have to be changed out after not much use. Really good quality shoe inserts. These have nice cushioning and are very soft and flexible. The memory foam cups your foot so that it sits just right in the insole without moving around. They give great support. The bottom is rubbery and flexible and has a good material on top that doesn't make your feet sweaty. They are cut to size so you get a perfect fit. You need a shoe that is a half-size bigger to put these in because they take up a lot of space. The heal portion is 1/2 in. thick and it tapers to 1/4 in. thick under the ball of the foot. All the layers stay connected even when you trim them, and the soles have cutting guidelines in the toe area for smaller sizes from 7 -13. For Spark reviewing, I was offered men's only, so I just cut more than usual off the toe area for my size 7 woman's wide foot. I have these weird flip flops that have massaging bumps that feel like a bed of nails to me, so I put these insoles in and they saved the day. They feel wonderful under foot, very cushiony, yet they are a firm memory foam so seem to be holding up well and not flattening out like softer ones do. They don't have any arch support to speak of, so don't expect that. My feet don't get so stinky so can't comment on their odor control. I think they're great, but for a roomy shoe.

When looking for insoles sometimes its hard to choose and spend $$. I loved a pair of shoes that made me fly (lol) they were comfy and lightweight, but the insole got in bad conditons after so much daily use. I find these SofComfort Women's Memory Insoles to be incredibly comfortable inside my sneakers, providing both support and thick cushioning. Usually when I take my shoes off my heels hurt and the interior of my shoes are moist and not so great smelling since it's over 100 degrees here in Arizona this time of the year. However, since using these my heels don't hurt a bit, and my shoes and socks are dry and odorless after I remove them. The cutting guides for sizing on the underside of the insoles were easy to see and follow and provided accuracy in trimming these to the correct size for my shoe without error. I bought these for my daughter because she works standing on her feet all day. She has some comfortable shoes but a little extra support is needed. She has used them now for about 2 weeks Nd likes them. They make her shoes fit a little different but overall she is happy with them. I think the next pair of shoes she buys will be based on using these insoles.

When i received my insoles i knew exactly what shoes i was putting them in, my work shoes! I'm on my feet all day and thought some added cushioning would be nice. I wear the sketchers go walk which is a very light shoe with decent cushioning. I reluctantly ripped out my insoles, cut these insoles to size and put them in. After the first three hours my toes were killing me from being pushed against the front of my shoes! It felt like i was walking in a closed heel shoe that was a size too small. I think the heel part needs to be flatter.
