I've been buying these for years! They add just enough cush to my work shoes to soften the hard edges and absorb the shock in my step.
I use these in all my shoes and boots gives extra comfort to your feet
Relieves foot pain.
I've never used inserts before but I recently took on a volunteer duty that keeps me on my feet for a few hours at a time and my feet need a little assist. The insoles have size outlines that make them easy to trim to fit but, and though it may sound silly, I honestly can't figure out which way to insert the insoles; gel side up or soft side up? I assume gel side up but the instructions don't say. There is also no glue or instructions to glue the insoles into the shoe, so they stick to my feet when I remove my shoes and are annoying to get back into the shoe when sweaty. They do comfort my feet somewhat.
The insert is designed to massage your foot with every step. SofComfort polymer cushioning gel provides shock absorption, there is a pad of gel in the heel that absorbs shock in impact zone. Can be cut to fit any shoe because they are very thin. I wasn't sure they would do anything for me. I have them in my Nike's and they aren't bad. On the one hand, they're so thin I can't feel them, but on the other hand, I can't feel them, which is good!
These are not made as well as they used to be in years past. They were thicker with more gel and thus more effective for my plantar fasciitis.
Not secure. Take foot out whole thing kept coming out. Rediculous. Even tried flipping sides. Nope. BOMBED.
No support whatsoever. Paper thin.
They will work in a pinch but not worth anything no support
Not thick at all no support at all.
