JUST ENOUGH!

Dollie November 2, 2025

I've been buying these for years! They add just enough cush to my work shoes to soften the hard edges and absorb the shock in my step.

Gel Insole

gussie1514y August 12, 2019

These are nice insoles. They feel good on my feet. They have guide lines so they can be cut to size. I cut them on the line for my shoe size and they fit right in. The only problem I have with these is that I use them in my sneakers which I sometimes wear without out socks and the insole sticks to my feet and comes out of the shoe. But it's no problem putting it back in. I like them and will buy again.

Comes out of shoe with foot

CrabbyGab July 21, 2019

I've never used inserts before but I recently took on a volunteer duty that keeps me on my feet for a few hours at a time and my feet need a little assist. The insoles have size outlines that make them easy to trim to fit but, and though it may sound silly, I honestly can't figure out which way to insert the insoles; gel side up or soft side up? I assume gel side up but the instructions don't say. There is also no glue or instructions to glue the insoles into the shoe, so they stick to my feet when I remove my shoes and are annoying to get back into the shoe when sweaty. They do comfort my feet somewhat.

Very comfortable

SistaF July 23, 2019

The insert is designed to massage your foot with every step. SofComfort polymer cushioning gel provides shock absorption, there is a pad of gel in the heel that absorbs shock in impact zone. Can be cut to fit any shoe because they are very thin. I wasn't sure they would do anything for me. I have them in my Nike's and they aren't bad. On the one hand, they're so thin I can't feel them, but on the other hand, I can't feel them, which is good!

Thickness has decreased

Steve August 19, 2025

These are not made as well as they used to be in years past. They were thicker with more gel and thus more effective for my plantar fasciitis.

Not For Small Shoe Sizes

Jill August 7, 2026

They were extra long to accommodate many shoe sizes but if you needed a small size, the width was unbalanced and just did not fit correctly. I tried to also trim the width but it was not designed to be trimmed.

Too little padding

bxbx July 23, 2019

I have arthritis in my toes and metatarsal area, heel pain and plantar fasciitis and always look for ways to make every step a bit more comfy. These insoles looked promising but turned out to be a flop. 1. Package has not instructions which way is up 2. I placed them in my shoes (over top of my regular insole) with liner side down but then could not get into my shoes without dislodging or rolling up the soles (even though I had cut them to size) 3. I placed them in my shoes with liner side up, which made it easier to slip into the shoes but the soles are narrow and did not fill the shoes to the sides and walking on the soles did not provide the support I had hoped for. After walking on them for several days I took them out because they really did not deliver any relief. 4. They are hard to handle in general because they are completely floppy (see photos) If you are looking for something minor to put into your narrow shoes, these might be ok, but I cannot recommend them for people who have more painful issues.
