last time I got these, they stuck to my sock and got removed from the back of the shoe every time I put my foot in the shoe. this time I got them for shoes where the heel literally lost fabric from years of putting my foot in the already tied shoes and slipping them on. I super glued these to the back of the heel part of the shoe. this time it isn't going anywhere. I love my shoes but the heel missing fabric was annoying to look at. now I have heel support that doesn't stick to my sock every time I use. super glue to the back of the shoe is my recommendation.
These are excellent for shoes that don’t quite fit in the heel area. They fill the gap when a shoe fits everywhere except the back of the shoe where your heel slips. Keeps you from getting blisters!! 👍
If you have shoes that rub against your Achilles heel, I highly recommend this product. It allows for some space between the shoe and your heel, in order to avoid the painful rubbing and in some cases blistering. However, you may have to replace them, on occasion, because the adhesive may wear do to slipping your foot in and out of your shoes. I say, better to replace then to be in pain.
Got a pair of new Skechers. They always dig into the heel if you order an "original" style. I thought I might have to return them until I tried these. These worked great. The adhesive could be a bit stronger but they do stick.
The heel liners are very sticky and one must be very careful when applying to the heels of the shoe. Except for the stickiness, the liners work fine.
The packaging does not tell you which way to orient these when placing them in your shoe and I've been waiting for two days for the manufacturer to come back to me with the answer.
peeling the sticker off the first one and part of the sticky part came off? then maybe i didn't place them correctly in my shoe but they sure didn't feel right and definitely not enough stick power as it came off during my shift on one shoe.
You notice how they misspelled "soft?" Yeah, that's because they're NOT. They're even the opposite - they have a kind of rough texture. These stupid things actually rubbed a blister on my heel! I'm still bandaging the wound. Don't buy these.
These have a WEAK adhesive. I'd purchased two packages of SofComfort Heel Liners at my local Walmart last week, with the intention of putting them in two different pairs of shoes. The first pair lasted two days, with minimal wear and walking. I put the second pair of heel liners in the same pair of shoes about noon yesterday, and put the shoes on my feet, carefully holding the liners in place until each foot was in each shoe. Then I did some errands: an office supply store, the post office, and grocery shopping at two stores. I went in my car, so my walking time wasn't unusually high. I returned home about 3:30 PM, and when I took off my shoes, the liners were GONE. I have no idea when in those 3.5 hours they came out of my shoes, or where they came out of my shoes. My shoes fit well; they are not too big for my feet, and they do not flop when I walk. I had high expectations for this product, due to them being Made in the USA, as stated on the front and back of the package. I'd previously purchased silicone heel liners at the Dollar Tree, that were made in China, and those lasted two weeks! I wish I'd kept the receipt, due to the risk-free claim on the package. I am going to submit this feedback through the email printed on the back of the package.
This was not, at all, what I expected. It is clearly not made for “any” shoe. The liners have a bandage type rubbery feel to them and do not have much padding to them. The adhesive clearly doesn’t stick to the shoe at all! I was a bit skeptical when I first saw the liners, but wanted to give them a chance, as I have found some unexpectedly great products that way. I placed a set of liners in my tennis shoes that I wear daily. At first, everything was good, and the fit was comfortable. However, after about four hours, I started to feel something in my shoe and took my shoe off to find the liner stuck to my sock. The other liner was in similar shape. Neither liner stayed attached to the shoe. I tried the second set in a pair of high heels that I wear to church, thinking that they might end up with better results since there will not be a sock to interfere. I was dead wrong! The liners started coming unstuck from the heel and started moving, making the shoe extremely uncomfortable. I will not be using this product again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, as they do not work well.
