I was concerned about this item staying in place without adhesive but it did stay in place and I could easily remove it and place in other shoes. It was comfortable and held my foot in place, so walking was easier and rising up on my heels from a seated position was pain free. It felt like it was builtin to shoe like when my orthotics are new.
These really work! My pain was directly under the heel, so the padding is just right with lifting my heel up too much. (some more stiff ones gave me back pain). They tend to move around, so might try a little tape to hold in place while they get settled, or if you shift between shoes. I will order again for more shoes. P.S. The pick up was very easy and prompt.
Love this heel cushion product, have several pair, use permanently in my shoes.Had history of stress fracture foot/heel. This small compressible heel pad interrupts my walking pain problem, helped heal heel injury %26 enables me to enjoy walking, cushions steps %26 even helps relieve some chronic low back spine injury pain.
One of them was missing that I ordered. However, I called and it was replaced right away and the AI assistant was very easy to talk to and resolved the issue.
They do stick on the heel of your shoes the gel pad gave me more comfort on the heels and relief of pain off my heels, I did use them in a pair of sandles and didn't stay in place , but will use in other shoes
These are excellent, they helped a lot with a problem with my heel. I could hardly walk. I gave 4 stars because about every few seconds to 5 minutes they roll up out of under and to the middle of my foot causing discomfort and I constantly have to fix them in business settings and in public settings. It says one but they do come in a pair of two.
Tried using several times and every time, during my 2 mile walk it would turn sideways inside my shoe. Cannot recommend. I do wear an orthotic inside my shoe but I see no reason why it should not have stayed in place. It felt good, but not when it turned sideways.
I ordered this and a few other brands. For me the most substantial and easy to wear heel cushions are stil Dr. Scholl's. The rest is rubbish.
These are a clear gel heel insert. They have ridges on the bottom side to hold them in place in the shoe, but it doesn't work. They slide around, so my heel is not firmly in the middle of the insert. I have plantar fasciitis and these do not help my heel pain at all. I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to some relief.
Never received the heel gel pads. Picture shows delivered to Apt A. But that isn't my Apt A. Thats not my door mat in photo. obviously it went to another Apt A not my Apt A at 1961 address. Haven't received it yet
