These are my "go to" insoles.. I have foot issues so I buy my sneakers larger than I need to so I can put a pair of these in along with the built-in sole and they REALLY do the trick for me! . I was having trouble finding them during COVID and was afraid they had stopped making them but was finally able to get them again so I bought several to keep on hand. (I have multiple sneakers in different colors 😁)
These inserts are a decent buy. I haven't really found any excellent inserts. All the manufacturers tend to make them for lighter people rather than heavy-set individuals.
I do cardio daily, either running outside or elliptical. I've recently been experiencing some pain in my legs, and immediately thought of getting new shoes. I tried these instead. I have to say, they work very well. They are very comfortable. They were easy to put in my shoes. They cut down easily. I've been using them for a week now and I have no more pain in my legs. I really like them!
These insoles are very well constructed and dramatically helped with my foot pain when walking more than a couple of miles. My doctor wanted me to try some that cost $600 a pair! Obviously these are much much cheaper but get the job done! My arches are moderately high and these provide more support than the shoes themselves.
I really like these, I walk at least 4 miles a day and they are comfortable enough to do that walk for that amount of time. No more blisters, no more friction and now with these I am able to enjoy longer distances. I cut off around the edges to fit my sneakers and they stay put inside my sneakers. They are durable washable, and have about a 1" height in the back.So if that is a problem for you. Just take out the original inserts in your sneakers and you shouldn't have any problems. I am a size 7 1/2 and these women's Sport insole size is 5-11. I just shave them down to my size, like I have stated earlier. (Just use scissors) I totally recommend these even if you don't walk 4 miles a day. Easy to insert into you shoe.
I am over 60 years old and I walk/hike 6 miles daily. I use these inserts in all my shoes. They run large but it is easy to cut them to fit the inside of my shoes. They provide the necessary support for me. I have had aches in my feet but ever since I began using these inserts about 3 years ago, I have not had any issues with my feet at all.
The comfort sole helps to make it softer on the feet especially if you're on your feet most of the day
I chose these Sofcomfort Mens Sport Insole one size fits all because my husband was asking for some. He put them in some very heavy duty military boots that to me looked hard as a rock. He said he likes them, he must because now I noticed that he can wear them for a longer period of time. Where as before he would wear them for a small amount of time around the house and now he can wear them to work for a full shift. I would recommend these insoles, which are a great value by the way to those who work long hours standing or walking and need additional comfort for their feet. I can not yet speak of longevity, but they are reasonably priced, so give them a try.
These used to be better, they changed something in the construction when thwy changed colors and packaging. Guessing they changed suppliers, slapped the brand name on it, and called it good enough. They dont last nearly as long and cause pain when they start wearing out. I will be looking for another brand soon.
these things are so thick and uncomfortable, I threw them in the trash. total waste of money!
