Good for heel spurs
Good for heal spurs. Plus I wash them by hand once a week had them for awhile now they hold up. I do switch between 2 pairs so I can wash one and have the other pair while they air dry.

These insoles are wondeful! Perfect fit, size 7 for me. Did not need to cut to size. Very comfortable!

They worked well. The only thing is the item I ordered wasn't the one I ordered they gave me the wrong item but I went ahead and kept them.
