This was a great experience from ordering, shipping, receiving to assembly. Smooth process and I am very pleased with this purchase. Now I have a comfortable lounging space in my guest room to relax on that doubles as a bed for visitors.

Love it for our front room where the kids play so if any of the grandchildren stay over I have a place for them to sleep. It is rather hard to sit o or sleep but pillows and a mattress topper make it really good.

Was supposed to get a shipping label have not received waiting to return because it wouldn't fit where I wanted it to go !

The photos make this look very soft and comfortable, but it is terribly hard and uncomfortable. it looks fine and works as it should, but just be warned it is so hard it is like sitting or laying on a concrete bench.

The Love seat sofa bed. Is very pull out and fold back up—specifically, the bottom section is too short for both sides to be hooked-in; I zip tied it you.

Not comfortable, bottom part of pullout sofas bed doesnt stay attached to the rest of it… really hard and not cushioned

Low review because I actually cannot put it together and asked if I could return it and never heard back so I still have it in the box doing me absolutely no good but yet I paid for it.

There a part that there's a cut and the pull out thing is only connected by stapler not very sturdy and the full out dose come out and it does not stay put under the sofa, it's very hard d to sit on specially for sleeping.

One of the parts they sent was the wrong piece. I emailed the company and they sent a response yet. I've heard nothing since and it has been way too long. I refuse to wait any longer.

I did not receive the item. I've been scammed out of $300 by the seller. This is an independent seller from Walmart. Do not buy from them.
