ordered shortly after moving into a new apartment, after waiting for 2 boxes to be delivered on different days, i wasn't aware that we had to wait 72 hours before using the furniture. other than those issues, we love the look and feel of the couch and cant wait to use them ! great value for the money!

It's one of them things you get what you pay for the couches look nothing like the pictures in advertisement ( false advertisement)… they are super small in the pictures provided they look a normal size the measurements provided or not accurate if you have a small family This might be The pick for you,

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Communication and Misleading Delivery Status I purchased the Lofka 105" L-Shaped Sectional Sofa through Walmart Business expecting to receive the full L-shaped sectional that was advertised in the listing. When the order arrived, I received only one portion of the sofa, which obviously does not form the L-shaped sectional that was purchased. At the same time, Walmart showed the order as fully delivered, which made it appear as though the entire item had already arrived. The biggest issue here is lack of transparency and communication from the seller. At no point during the purchase process was it clearly stated that the item would ship in multiple packages with different delivery times. There was also no proactive message, tracking update, or notification explaining that a second package was still on the way. I only learned that the sofa supposedly ships in two packages after I contacted the seller to initiate a return, because I believed the order was incomplete. Basic professional business practices should include: Clearly stating that the item ships in multiple packages Providing separate tracking numbers Not marking the order as delivered until all pieces arrive Communicating with the customer when shipments are split None of those steps happened here. Selling through the Walmart marketplace carries a responsibility to operate with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. Situations like this create confusion for customers and reflect poorly on the buying experience. Hopefully the seller improves their communication and transparency moving forward so other customers do not have the same experience.

After using 2 month found some quality issue and the sofa cover quality nit good also back pillow quality not so good. If there is a possibility to return I will do. Not recommended to buy.

It's very small in my opinion. I got it for the discount and I am still not satisfied a for the original price of almost $600 I'm upset that I paid half of that. It's soft and easy to assemble but feels like more for a child than for adult to sit on. I am unhappy
