This is a very well made remote, which was easy to set up, and only takes a little time to fine tune the settings. Very much worth the effort. The remote is a little slippery. It would be nice it they made a optional back replacement with more texture or added grip. A protective case for the remote would be a good option as well. Programing was quite easy to do, especially if you've had a Harmony remote in past. The buttons are well made and not very noisy at all. I really like the back light. The color screen is great for changing channels and making adjustments. My only real concern is battery life between charges. I don't believe I can get up to three weeks between charges, but it does charge quickly. It would be nice if there was a battery percentage display. I defititely recommend if you need a higher end universal remote.

Our family loves this. It was easy to setup. We can now control so many things in our home. I would recommend this. I'm unable to get up at times so this is located right by me and helps me so much with turning things on. I love that it's touch screen as well.

The SofaBaton X2 is a premium universal remote that feels like a worthy successor to the old Logitech Harmony line. It feels solid in your hand, with a nice back, and a easy to read touchscreen. The setup happens through an app, which is way better than the old way of plugging things into a computer, though you'll still need to spend some time tweaking the settings to get it perfect. It's a bit of an investment at over $300, but it's a great way to consolidate a dozen remotes into one sleek device.

Ok so this is next level in remotes! It controls everything all in one remote. It literally works with all the tech gadgets we have. Setup was fairly easy just takes a little to set up each one but not bad at all. It syncs fine and really works well. It is a high tech gadget you never knew you needed plus you now have a new toy to play with! It is pricey but overall it pays for itself with the convenience it offers of being able to do so much all in one gadget!

New into this type of remote. We just got it so can't provide too much of information at this point. The reason for the three star is because even though we got it for free as part of the Recognized Review program, it seems to be on the pricey side. The digital display is a nice touch but I don't think it's enough to warrant the high price. The screen is a bit laggy, it may be possible this is defective? We'll see, time will tell.

This was supposed to replace an older model Control4 unit in my media room. I could not get my Roku to pare, nor could I get the custom point down from above to learn any commands. Same for my Dune remote. Then my lights are controlled from the Control4 unit, itself, and of course the SafaBaton could not read that signal either. And with my electronics in a rack behind a closed door that is behind the seating area, it created even more issues. I did get a few of my Denon AVR controls to work, my Apple 4k to work and my Zidoo to work, but I had to leave my electronics room door open to even do that. Where's my Harmony remote when I need it? Anyway, a complete disappointment.

hardware, Fields, professional in your hand, however the software is terrible. I've only had a device for a week I'm invested in trying to make it work. I would love to see it. Just take all the Harmony sequences and load them remote remote. Haven't figured out how to do that yet.
