Sofia The First: Ready To Be A Princess (DVD), Disney, Kids & Family

All little girls will really like Sofia and I also got the doll and it is going to be a hit from Santa for my little niece. If you have a little princess at home then she is going to want all of Sofia items.

I bought this as part of a bundle with the talking Sophia doll with animals. Doing so saved me $11.00. My 5 yr old grand daughter was thrilled.

Granddaughter was thrilled to get this. I haven't watched it with her yet.

My daughter is 3 and my niece is 5. They both love Sofia thr first. Wish this DVD had more than 5 episodes though.

Received the DVD but there was no Dress-Up play set,therefor I only give it 3 stars out of 5

Of course my youngest daughter loves Sofia... It's a normal DVD, I still miss vhs when it comes to kids younger than 5 watching movies. But the title says it comes with a dress up set and the description doesn't tell you anything I was expecting maybe a cheap necklace or something. No, its a paper dollars with like 2 paper dollars dresses. And I could have gotten just the movie for like 2 dollars cheaper on eBay. Oh well, daughter loves the movie, I won't let her play with the paper to tear up in the floor .

I saw another movie on cable and thought it was that movie. I got it for my granddaughter to watch. It has 5 different episodes or topics. It took a while for her to focus on it. I will keep the movie but am still looking for the one I saw.

The DVD itself is great. However the "Dress-Up Play Set" that is supposed to come with it is not a child's dress-up play set like you would think. It's just a little cardboard cutout of the character with cardboard dresses that you can bend and put over her. It is inside the DVD case itself so very small. I would recommend the DVD but am disappointed in the purchase because the title of the item is misleading. There should have been a description. I thought it was going to be a dress-up set for a child. Not just a little cardboard toy.

I purchased the Sofia doll set with the doll, dvd and dress up set. There was nothing in the description which stated what was included in the dress up part of the set. I purchased this for my 4 year old granddaughter whose name is Sofia. I do not want her to learn about being a princess and end up being short the talking amulet, a crown or wand. Can you let me know so I can purchase these items in time to mail them for Christmas. Thanks
