Soft And Supple Premium Garden Hose

Light, won't kink & split like my last hose.

I have had a number of different hoses over the years. I keep one at the front, back and side of my house. All are 100 ft or longer. I had the misfortune of purchasing a Swan hose in the 100 foot length. Swan has managed to produce the lowest quality hose available. Yes, the hose is soft and supple making it so easy to kink. I keep it on a hose reel. I can pull the hose out without water pressure and it kinks. I lay the hose on the ground full length and straighten out the kinks. Turn on the water and it magically kinks again in the same places. I walk back along the length of the hose and unbend the kinks which is no fun because then it kinks somewhere else. I make sure it is not twisted but lying flat on the ground. Doesn't matter. After finally getting all the kinks out I start watering the garden. If I move the hose while watering it kinks again. I have been so frustrated with this piece of junk I have stood in my yard cursing Swan and their inferior product. After giving up I wind the hose back on the reel. Lying perfectly perpendicular to the hose reel it kinks when rolling it up! It's so pathetic you can see every place on the hose that has kinked. It leaves a lighter colored band around the circumference of the hose. I would be better off carrying buckets of water back and forth to my garden than using this hose. I will never buy another item of any kind with the Swan name on it!

I opened it to use today and there was a hole about 4 feet from the nozzle. I am so Disappointed..
