Soft & Beautiful Botanicals Regular Texturizer, Textured All Hair Types

Ok first off, I had to review this product coz I see it has a ridiculous low rating. Honestly this is one of the best product i've ever used for my hair. I must say being a very careful person that I am and I tend to take a lot of time researching products and reviews, I highly recommend this texturizer if you've got a REALLY THICK, NAPPY BLACK. Don't know about hair types 4b 4c or 10w whatever it is, all i know is my is black, thick, nappy curly hair.lol. And this texturizer has tremendously helped in soften my curls. Texturizer is not something you use very often, but I use one pack every 2 months depending on if my hair is braided or not.

product work . I put it on and didnt give it a full 8 minutes. washed it out. leaving it on any linger i would've had straight hair.

Easy application of hair texturizer. No hair breakage.

It relaxes the springy texture and allows for better styling of natural hair. It doesn't over process like most relaxers because it just takes out the first curl pattern and not flatten the hair and leave it without body.

Better product than expected.

On August 11, 2025, I had a terrible experience with Walmart after ordering the product. The product was delayed, and a cancellation requested was submitted. The Outsource team went on preparing the item and sent it to Walmart for same-day delivery. An email was sent stating that the driver was in transit and would arrive by 9:00 p.m. I'd contacted the Walmart team and was told to refuse the product with the driver or return to a local Walmart. Another email was sent at 8:50 p.m. stating that the driver tried to deliver the package, but the business was closed. He will attempt up to 3 times. I'd contacted Walmart via email, and their reply was to contact Lasership with the tracking number because the package was held at the post office on my request. I tried to have the package returned. The following morning, the package was delivered. The product was returned to a local Walmart minus the shipping fee of $ 7 35.

Terrible. Shipping took forever and arrived damaged. No packing paper or bubbles.
