Loved these for a butterfly costume! I wore them like shown in the picture. Previous post said they were backwards...not if you turn them around and cut off the tag.

Pretty material is long enough for my arms and the straps fit around my shoulders with elastic straps.

Disappointed in one side coloring
The package picture shows beautifully colored wings looking at them from the front. However, when you get them, they are only colored on one side and that is the back side. The wings go on with elastic, on your back and they way they are put together, the nicely colored side is to the back. Looking from the front as the picture on the package and in their promotional ad shows the nicely colored wings are on the front. I was assuming that they would be made of scarf material that was see-through and colored on both sides. The material is somewhat opaque and satiny. The size of the wings is good and the way they are attached to your body is good. The coloring on one side, the back side, was disappointing.
