Does exactly what it's meant to
I'm glad I went with the 12 foot cord, they measure as if the cord were flat, but with all the curls, 12 feet isn't all that long. Works just great. So glad I finally replaced the one that had a notch in it that made it hard to answer the phone without it getting stuck to the other half of the cord. Now, I just answer the phone. Simple pleasure.
