Fantastic product - happy to have
My mom broke her shoulder and went through 9 weeks of PT. These were used about halfway through and are a great starter for something like that situation. We also used 1-pound barbells, when she worked herself up to that level, but she really liked the shape of these better. Quality seems very good. The PT was really impressed by them - I gave her the ordering info. Also, it's just so great they're available...guess that during the pandemic, people are staying in and trying to get fit, if they have the opportunity to do so, so weights are hard to find!

Perfect Arm Weights
So much nicer than regular weights, easier to hold and no more tilting my head to the side so I do not hit myself in the head. I especially like the fact I can hang them up on a hook so that they are not laying around all over the place.
