the smell is amazing; fresh and crisp! Soft-soap please make a big plastic-free refill pouch!

My favorite scent. I would buy loads of it if it came in a refill container. I can't bring myself to buy tons of dispensers, so I'm actually buying other (non-Softsoap brand) basil soap that I like less, just to avoid unnecessary trash. This request comes up multiple times in these reviews. Please make a refill size!

I absolutely love this product! It's the scent!!! Must be a reason it is out everywhere, because so many people love it. Not that sickly sweet smell in so many other fragranced products. I have rarely gone to a commercial site to write this type of review. Bring it back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only hand soap that I buy for my bathroom now. It smells so good, not masculine and not feminine. The dispenser is also a little nicer looking than some of the softsoap bottles so I don't feel the need to pour it into my fancy soap pump. I almost always get compliments on this soap or get asked where I purchased it when I have guests.

Thank you for making this soap. I hope you never discontinue it as I use this in my bathroom and love the fresh fragrance! I wish more products in the U.S. were scented like this but most have a sickeningly sweet or fruity fragrance. This is pleasantly herbal like toiletries found in the U.K. I'm not keen on the brightly coloured, newer label/packaging; the new seems like it's outdated and the simpler graphics of the older label/packaging seem more contemporary. However for me personally, that's not much of an issue as I'd most prefer to see the product put into an environmentally friendly refill size that I can put into my own dispensers.

When the Covid hit..the shelves were bare! This Wild Basil scent was all that was left, one bottle, all by itself. I grabbed it and it was the best purchase of that day! I can't find it anywhere right now, but I can wait till more is made!

I bought this back when it had a more mature, sleek looking style (photo attached). I used it in my guest bathroom and the bottle was nice enough looking to not need to put the soap in another dispenser. The new bottle has a loud appearance that looks like it is designed for pre-teen girls, not for display in the home. Appearances aside, I love the scent of this soap. The lack of a refill size is super frustrating because I love it, but will likely look for another product that has refill options.

I fell in love with the original packaging style. That is what attracted me to this soap. It was understated elegance. Now the bottle looks like you are trying to sell to young teenage girls. I like to offer my guests pretty soaps and thought I had finally found an appropriate dispenser. Well, it didn't last long. You managed to ruin it. I still have a couple of the original bottles, but because you don't make a refill, I cannot continue using them. Are you familiar with the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? Disappointed fan. You did the same thing to your lemon kitchen soap.☹️
