Beautiful and sleek and easy to insall

the way it is ventalated, im afraid it will attract wasp and the like to build nest inside it. the opening should have been smaller holes. this would have prevented that.

Fan works as described. Fan wood design goes well with our wood ceiling on our covered patio.

We love this fan for our deck space! It gives off a very rustic but modern look. Very sturdy and ideal!

Prettier than expected

This fan is for my husband's new office. He loves the look of it, the remote control, and no noise. We had an electrician install the fan because we were having the whole office rewired. Otherwise I am sure my husband could have installed it. It hangs a little lower than we thought originally; so, be sure to check the measurement from the ceiling before purchasing.

Easy to install, except that there was no hardware for a ceiling junction box. The was hardware to mount to a wood ceiling or a concrete ceiling, but no standard mounting hardware. Also, the safety cable was missing.Other than that, it seems like a quality fan, that is very quiet and moves a lot of air.

It is pretty but does not produce airflow as other fans I have purchased.

Obviously a return repackaged and sent to me. There were no directions in the box. I called customer service 45 minutes with her she would not give her ID she could not resolve the a simple just send me the directions. I wanted the directions a hard copy for the warranty. Totally inept customer service.
